If I subscribe, will my students have access to all the premium content or do they need to subscribe separately?

After you subscribe, your students will automatically have access to all the premium content. They do not need to subscribe separately.

My student has a regular account on the site. How can I add him as my student?

If you want to add a student in your class, please go to the class in your teacher dashboard and copy the link with a class code. Send this link to the student so he can add himself in the class. The video below shows the steps to get the link with a class code:

If you want to add a student in the master list of students which can be used later, please go to your teacher dashboard and copy the teacher code displayed. I added students using 'Add students by email address' but my students have not received the invitation email with their login details. What should I do?

Many schools use security filters that block email sent to students from non-school addresses. You may need to ask your IT staff to allow mails from 'support@thetamusic.com' (and let them know to use 138.197.216.133 and 45.33.50.178 for IP address filtering). If you are unable to modify the mail restrictions, please try the 'Add students by username' option. If students are added by username, they will need to log in regularly and check their student dashboard for new assignments. The video below explains the how to add students by username:

You can add siblings in your master student list from the student list page in teacher dashboard by selecting "Add Students -> Add Siblings". The video below shows how to do it:

From where can I get my payment receipt?

You can get your payment receipt from 'Membership Details' section on your account page. To access your account page, mouse over to your username around top right corner of the page. Select 'Account' from the displayed menu.
